I've tried. Tomura Shigaraki is different from most people. His mind has been significantly altered. There may be things he is unable to discuss, which are locked away from him. This disease is particularly cruel.
What was done to him was worse, in my opinion, but I don't know all the details. It was done to him by the same person responsible for my current state.
He regarded both of us as nothing but objects for him to use.
It isn't fair, no. But villains don't intend to be fair. Sometimes it's the unfairness they enjoy.
It's different for me. It doesn't hurt as much now, and I can understand what happened. But he was only a small child when it began. Did he ever have the chance to live for himself? Will he? I can't answer those questions.
I'd like to think so. I have tried to encourage that, but I can tell that influence is still with him. I believe in him, but this has been difficult for him.
