Humans will always cycle through stages of suffering and have wishes to push them into attaining whatever perfection lays on their own horizon.
If a wish is never attained, it is better off that way, frankly. Whatever wish not gained, was never meant to be yours in the first place.
Humans are so cute and greedy, little pigs that want to eat more and more!
